There is a lot of buzz in the newspapers and on TV about short sales, what is a short sale?

A short sale is where we negotiate with the bank on behalf of the owner of the property.
We ask the bank to consider taking less than is owned. To do this we have to prove there has bee
some for of hardship that has caused the owner to unable to pay there current mortgage payments.
